AI AT SEQNCE
The idea, the taste and the sign-off stay with people. Everything under that we now do faster, cheaper and in more versions than was possible before. So rather than promise it, we show it – first the system we built for pre-production, then whichever of the two paths the project needs.
PRE-PRODUCTION · THE SYSTEM
SEQNCE HQ took months to build and it gets better most weeks. Every client and every project has its own memory inside it – decisions, knowledge, assets, learnings and everything that already happened, in one place, feeding most of the workflows a production runs through.
Clients never see HQ, but they notice it: faster rounds, fewer gaps in the handover, and freelancers who start inside the project context instead of reading up on it first.

Briefing arrives
Hi team
Attached is the brief for the autumn campaign.
3 products, go-live 10 Aug. Budget as discussed.
Can we do a short kick-off on Friday?
THE TOOLKIT
Gather references before the concept exists.
References turn into a deck.
Shot by shot, in the project look.
The shoot day, planned to the minute.
Props and gear straight from the board.
Watches every project.
Sign-offs in one place.
Crew and extras in seconds.
A prompt studio for fast ideas.
Every idea lands in the project.

THE FORK
Up to here every project runs the same way, through the system. After that a project takes one path or the other, never both.
The camera stays the foundation. Below is one frame from a real shoot – step through it and see what post does with it.
Sun turns into storm, grey turns into blue. The weather gets set afterwards, so nobody waits on the sky.
The same take in a different place. The background is replaced, and the person and the action in front of it stay exactly as filmed.
We swap the product inside footage that already exists. One shot spot plus ten products gives you ten ads, and a rebrand doesn’t make last year’s film worthless – we just swap the pack.
Look and light are built after the shoot. Day into evening, hard into soft, flat into cinema, so a shot gets relit without going back out.
Switzerland is four languages, which makes it four markets. We produce one master – German, say – then translate the voice and lip-sync the person on screen into French, Italian and English, on the footage that already exists. One shoot, every market.
Elements that were never on set get composited into the real frame. Objects come in or out, without a greenscreen and without a reshoot.
A single take, refit for every channel. No bars, no stretching and no second shoot.
16:9 – the shoot
This is how it left the camera. The only real frame boundary there is.
No set and no camera. One briefing becomes two hundred ads, with all the hooks, languages and formats tested at the same time, and only the winners get scaled.
Same idea, 200 variants across hook, colour, format and language. An extra execution costs nothing, so we make more of them.
Hooks, presenters and languages run against each other at once, as stills and as video. Within 72 hours the numbers say which one works.
195 executions fall away before they ever touch a media budget.
The winning hook then travels lip-synced into every language, without a reshoot.
GOVERNANCE
Every AI output passes a human quality gate before it leaves the building.
In these cases we shoot it.
Real testimonials
If a real person is meant to build trust, they belong in front of the camera.
Live events
A festival, a moment that happens exactly once. You shoot that.
Documentary and reality
Documentary lives on everything being real. Generated material has no place in it.
